For the research, unfortunately I don’t really have time to create another persona, that is why I put my self as the user. And as for user involvement, I ask my girlfriend to be the tester for the old JOOX apps, ask her to do certain things and evaluate her behavior.

Maybe I will do some user testing for the redesigned JOOX apps in the future as well to see if this design works or not.
